She is akin to the Roman Terra Mater, embodying the essence of mother Earth as she reclines gracefully with a cornucopia overflowing with abundance. In Andean mythology, she is revered as Pachamama, while in Hindu tradition, she is known as Prithvi, symbolizing vastness and fertility. Among the Hopi people, she is honored through the figure of Kokyangwuti, the Spider Grandmother, who, alongside the Sun god Tawa, is credited with the creation of Earth and its diverse array of creatures.
